In-House Sales Representative
What does your role as an In-House Sales Representative entail?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you and your colleagues are responsible for order processing and maintaining customer relationships with clients in the Netherlands.
You'll be working in a true family business, where you'll collaborate closely with a tight-knit team of 10 colleagues.
Order Coordination
You will monitor orders, inventory, and collections. You will communicate with customers by phone or email regarding orders, deliveries, inventory, and product inquiries. You will process orders in the Exact Online ERP system.
You’ll also handle transportation. You’ll coordinate closely with the warehouse regarding the delivery of samples or orders. If any issues arise, you’ll quickly find a solution and notify the relevant parties. After delivery, you’ll prepare the invoices.
Collaboration
You’ll be working as part of a small team. You’ll divide up the work and help each other out when needed. You’ll also support your colleagues in the field, for example, by helping them prepare reports or quotes.
Customer Relationships
In every interaction with a customer, you focus on building the relationship and maximizing customer satisfaction. For example, you also handle after-sales service.
Job Requirements
- Vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking
- You have strong communication skills and a knack for business.
- You are skilled in automation and are accustomed to working with professional ERP software.
- You live within commuting distance of Dalfsen.
- You are available to work 28 to 40 hours per week. Your work hours and days can be arranged flexibly, depending on what works best for your personal situation.
- It's a plus if you speak a little German in addition to Dutch, but it's not a requirement.

You are proactive and take the initiative to tackle tasks on your own. You identify bottlenecks and adapt quickly to find a solution.
