The 1.8 mm LVT FIX underlay provides a strong, stable, and level base for PVC flooring. Thanks to its self-adhesive layer, the PVC planks can be easily installed directly onto the underlay, ensuring quick and efficient installation. Minor unevenness in the subfloor is absorbed, eliminating the need for leveling in many cases.
In addition to extra comfort, the underlayment also offers practical benefits. For example, the LVT FIX provides 15 dB of sound reduction, which significantly reduces impact noise. Furthermore, the underlayment protects against moisture from the subfloor and contributes to a comfortable walking experience. Thanks to its low thermal resistance, the underlayment is also ideal for use with radiant floor heating.
TFD has developed a high-quality roll-on adhesive specifically for its collection of adhesive-backed PVC flooring. This adhesive ensures a strong and durable bond on both leveled concrete floors and suitable subfloors. Thanks to its user-friendly design, the adhesive is easy to apply and ideal for quick installation of the flooring.
Even with heavy use, such as from rolling office chairs, the PVC flooring remains firmly in place. Furthermore, a glued-down floor is easy to replace later on. TFD Roll Adhesive is environmentally friendly, solvent-free, and free of allergens.
